“App Store Small Business Program”（App Store小型企业计划）是苹果（Apple）在2020年11月推出的一项计划，主要是为了支持小型开发者和小企业在App Store上的发展。
简单来说，加入这个计划后，开发者在App Store上的收入抽成（佣金）会从30%降到15%，也就是：
如果你的年收入（通过App Store）在100万美元以内，可以申请加入；
一旦加入，苹果只收取15%的分成，而不是通常的30%。
相关要求
年收入必须低于100万美元（以App Store销售额为基准）；
一旦超过100万美元，分成比例就恢复到30%；
如果之后收入又回到100万美元以下，下一年可以再次申请；
新注册的开发者通常一开始就能享受15%的优惠；
需要主动申请，并且每年重新确认。
注册方式
进入“注册App Store小型企业计划”页面。
接收最新的付费App协议。根据提示选择关联开发者账户的权益和决策等信息。
全部完成后，提交并等待Apple的答复。
20天后，Apple通过邮件告知我加入个人开发者计划，并将付费应用和应用内购的佣金率调整为15%，本年内收入超过100万美元的门栏后，将不再符合该计划的资格。

Please keep in mind:
If your proceeds surpass the 1 million USD threshold in the current calendar year, you will no longer be eligible for the program and the standard commission rate will apply to your future sales.
If you initiate or accept an app transfer, the proceeds for the calendar year will be associated with all accounts that initiate or accept the transfer of that app.总结
